                        VoiBiz India believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
                        
                            - Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
 
                            - VoiBiz India does not accept cancellations once your services have been activated. However, a refund or replacement can be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of services is not satisfactory.
 
                            - If you feel that the services are not up to your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 7 days of service activation. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
 
                            - If any refunds are approved by VoiBiz India, it will take 9–15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
